Standard shipping £4.95 or free on orders over £75, please allow up to 3-5 working days to receive your order.
First class shipping £7.95, please allow 1-2 working days to receive your order.
Tracked shipping £9.95, please allow up to 3-5 working days to receive your order.

Please note that standard and first class shipping do not include tracking. If you have not selected a tracked shipping method we cannot assist in locating your order once it has been dispatched. Once your order is dispatched we are no longer responsible for the parcel therefore we do recommend selecting this method at checkout.
Standard international shipping is charged at a flat rate of £14.95, this does not include tracking.

If you would like to include tracking then please select tracked delivery at £24.95, we do recommend selecting this method at checkout. Any additional charges such as import tax, duty or handling fees are at the receivers expense.
Currently there are some delays with international shipping due to Brexit, so please bare this in mind when placing your order. If you require a faster service please let us know before placing your order and we can try to arrange that for you.

For all orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday (and providing items are in stock) we use our best endeavours to dispatch the order on that day. Orders received after 2pm may be dispatched the following working day (excluding Bank Holidays).
We dispatch all UK orders via Royal Mail or Evri and via various couriers to overseas destinations. If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 7 working days of placing the order (UK orders) or 28 working days (international orders).
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME?
When no one is available to accept your delivery, a card will be left letting you know that the courier tried to deliver with instructions on what to do next. Please note that once your order is dispatched and delivery has been attempted we are no longer responsible for the parcel.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and our customer service. But if you are unhappy in the slightest we would rather know about it. If you have an issue with your delivery, or want to return a product or report a damaged product please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days.
Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition, if you do receive any that are damaged then please provide a written notice attached with a photograph within 24 hours of receiving your order, this can be emailed to email@example.com
Please note, for returns where there are no issues with the item(s), the customer is responsible for the return. A refund cannot be issued until we received the items.
14 DAY GUARANTEE
If you decide you don’t want any item in your order or if there is an issue, please let us know within 14 days of your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You can return it to us within 14 days in the condition in which it arrived and we will issue you a full refund for the item(s).
