For all orders received before 12pm on Monday-Friday (and providing items are in stock) we use our best endeavours to despatch the order on that day. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day (excluding Bank Holidays). Please allow up to 3-5 working days to receive your order.

International delivery is charged at a flat rate of £7.95. If your country is not listed or if you have any issues then please get in touch with us directly Please allow up to 10-15 working days to receive an international order however your item(s) will almost certainly arrive sooner than this.

Please note: We despatch all UK orders via Royal Mail and despatch via various couriers to overseas destinations. If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 5 working days of placing the order (UK orders) or 16 working days (international orders) .


We use Royal Mail for delivery within the UK. When no one is available to accept your delivery a card will be left letting you know that Royal Mail tried to deliver it. On the card will be instructions for options available such as: redelivering at a different time and date, redelivering to a different address, and collecting from your local post office.

For larger orders, alternative courier options are used such as Hermes.

For outside of the UK, alternative courier options are used such as UPS and DHL.

If you decide you don’t want any item in your order you can return it to us within 14 days in the condition in which it arrived and we will issue you a full refund for the item. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty).

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge. We require a written notice attached with a photograph within 24 hours of receiving your order, this can be emailed to
